Billboard and Outdoor Advertising

The best in environmental, outdoor and billboard advertising.

Segway Advertising

It might be difficult to see, but those are actually human transporters (the non-brand name version of a Segway) branded with Sprint logos. A company called 3 Waves Media developed the idea and has also worked with Hampton University in Virginia. I haven’t seen human transporters often, but the most common uses are in patrol and tours. When I was in Washington D.C., I saw plenty of monument tours taking place on human transporters. So it’s not a bad idea to brand a human transporter for a personal marketing touch. Also, security officers at large places (like a mall) or large outdoor events (like the X-Games) benefit from a logo imprinted human transporter due to the number of people who will see the logo.

Lucky Underwear

It took me more than long enough to figure out this billboard, so I embarassingly show it off to you. Obviously, they’re referring to “lucky underwear,” but that was lost on me. Fallsview Casino in Toronto developed this ad. Their Web site looked legit, so you should check it out. As for me, I don’t gamble, so I won’t be going, but I’d go to see Niagara Falls.
